With a convenient shuttle service and a prime location near ski lifts, everything felt effortless. The spa is a haven for relaxation, and breakfast each morning was a treat. I truly felt pampered throughout my visit.

Management could benefit from improving their communication skills!!! Additionally, plumbing issues need urgent attention, as room overflows can severely disrupt guests' comfort.

The spa was great, I took three massages and they were great! The breakfast made to order was a real treat, except for one frazzled chef one morning who burnt my eggs.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering the experience, I’d say it was well worth it.

The food scene is wild here! Gotta rave about the Welsh pastry I stumbled on, and the room service brekkie was a dream. Perfect location for the Verbier Festival too – just a hop to the major venues and super chill staff.

But let’s be real, I wish the other waiters had the same vibe as the kitchen crew. Still, everything shines overall!

I stayed in the Superior Double or Twin Room and it was super comfy! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the room decor was really stylish. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the dark curtains made it easy to sleep in. Just a bit cramped in the bathroom area, but overall, a great space.
